MRDC is managed through the Board of Directors whose composition is regulated by the MRDC Constitution. The Constitution allows for a maximum of 10 Directors. For more details on the appointment and removal of directors, refer to Article 11.0 of the MRDC Constitution.

Currently MRDC has 8 Board members three (3) are independent directors and 5 are compulsory appointments from Statutory Offices.
